Government of Serbia, Innovation Foundation (IF). Selected from numerous applicants to lead a team for a project funded by the European Union and managed by the World Bank. This 2.5-year project initiated in July 2015, working through the Serbian IF to accelerate the technology transfer activities at four of Serbia’s leading universities (University of Belgrade; Novi Sad; Kragujevac and Nis).

Appointed in March 2015 to the International Technology Transfer Network, a Beijing based brokerage activity where John Zhang is Secretary General. Basic premise is looking for business to work with Chinese businesses. Visited China in April 2016 to lecture in Shenzhen, Zhengzhou and Beijing.
MEMBER, GREEN CHEMISTRY CANADA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE Appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2013. GCC collects disclosures from across Canada and selects, then licenses-in and adds value by attempting to scale up using specialized faculties at Queen’s University and Xerox Canada – a materials focused lab in Toronto. Also runs a Fee-for Service to perform work for private sector clients in US & Canada. Has a $2 million grant from Ontario government to help ONT. based Entrepreneurs grow their business. Base funding is from Canadian Gov.

USACH, Santiago, Chile. Provided advice on License to start-up company and participated in two Workshops: May 2015. Regional Technology Transfer Offices and International Licensing.
United Arab Emirates: Together with Mike Martin of Technology Transfer Associates, gathered information via a questionnaire, gave 2 workshops on site and completed a Report to the UAE Department of Higher Education about the rationale and purpose of a centralized National UAE Technology Transfer Office.
